Bookings

In order to reserve your booking we require a £50 deposit. The payment methods we can accept are:

-Cash

-Card over the phone

-Card chip & pin

-Card via secure online payment link

-Bank Transfer

We can not reserve any events without a deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

All balances must be paid in full prior to or on the event day

Although we always aim to arrive with adequate time to set up, in the event we are delayed on arrival due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances your booked Gaming time will still be honored but no discount or compensation will be paid. Gamezone Events Ltd reserve the right to cancel any booking taken at any stage up to the time of the event due to circumstances out of our control such as extremely bad weather, staff illness or any unsolvable technical issues. If an alternative date is not achievable then all deposits and/or final balances paid will be refunded in full without delay.

On Site

It Is the Event organizers responsibility to ensure there is adequate parking at the agreed location, that the ground is flat enough, (slanted is not good) and there is adequate access to the proposed parking place. Our Van requires 8 metres in length to park. It is your responsibility to liaise with neighbors etc that could block our access, any delays may impact on your booked Gaming time. We reserve the right to abandon any event upon arrival if we can not park safely or access the proposed space safely or without your assistance. In this event no refunds will be made of any amount.

Any parking fees are the responsibility of the event organizer.

We accept no responsibility for any damage to driveways or ground parked on during the event.

Power

It is the event organizers responsibility to provide access to one standard plug sockets within 25 metres of our parked position, faliure to provide this could mean having to abandon the event with no refunds given.

Gamezone Events Ltd hold no responsibility in the highly unlikely event of any damage caused to the power supply for the event.

Age Appropriate Gaming

All games played during the hire period of a Gamezone Events gaming vehicle must strictly adhere to the PEGI age appropriate ratings.

It is the party organizers responsibility to liaise with the parents or other involved parties regarding age appropriate gaming and pass onto us any further, additional limitations that they would like us to put in place during the party.

Behaviour

Any Damage caused to our Equipment or Van during the event that we deem as a result of improper behavior or vandalism is not condoned. We reserve the right to charge to the event organizer the reasonable costs of repair or replacement and/or abandon the event without prior warning with no refunds given.

Gamezone Events Ltd do not tolerate bad language, threatening or aggressive behavior within the van or towards our staff or other members of the event, in reflection to this we reserve the right to remove anyone from the van as necessary or end the event at any time with no refunds.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any member of the event party from the van if there is adequate reasoning to believe they are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. Faliure to comply to these rules may result in a stoppage of Gameplay temporairily or in full.

Safety to Our Customers

Every effort has been made to ensure our van is safe, clean and all together fit for purpose and that it complies with all Health and Safety requirements but anyone entering or exiting the Gamezone Events Gaming Van do so at their own risk.

No food or drink is to be consumed within our Van unless granted by our team.

No smoking or vaping within our Van.

All adult members of our staff are DBS certified.

Gamezone Events Ltd have full public Liability insurance to a sum of £5m which can be requested at any time prior to the event day.

We hold no responsibility over any event member who may suffer from any form of photo sensitive related incident.

Photography & Social Media

For advertising purposes we often like to take photos and/or videos. These we may use on our website or use on social media. Please make our team aware if you have objections to this. You are also welcome to take photos as you please.

Technical Issues

In the event of unforeseen technical issues on site resulting in less Gaming time or less screens available a discount will be offered on a case by case basis after the event.

Internet Availability

Our Van is equipped to be self sufficient for online gaming via 4G. In the event we are unable to source sufficient 4G due to bad positioning or in rural areas we may request the use of the event organizers Internet via Ethernet cable. If insufficient internet is still not available then every effort will be made by our staff to not allow this to affect the enjoyment of the event and offline game-play will be prioritized. We are in no way obliged to offer any discount to the event organizer if certain Games or Game-play is unavailable due to lack of internet reception.

Gamezone Events Gaming Van and the gaming consoles and games within are for private use only.

Gamezone Events Ltd do not charge a fee to any event organiser or the members of any event to play on our consoles, any use is completely free of charge.

The fee stipulated by Gamezone Events Ltd on our website or conveyed in any other way is a hire fee for a set time period with our specially customized van and the A/V equipment, providing a one off event environment for up to 10 people. Event participants can bring and play their own games if they wish.

We reserve the right to amend any service details for example pricing, service maps, time frames of events without notice. Any booked events will not be affected.
