  • How many gamers can you accommodate ?

    Our gaming vans can accommodate 10 players.

  • How do birthday parties work ?

    We arrive to your location 30 minutes early to get setup, then one of our DBS checked member of staff will supervise the gaming van leaving you with a stress free party.

  • Can they play together ?

    All 10 consoles have online memberships with 50+ of the latest games, meaning gamers can play solo, with or against each-other on the most popular games.

  • Are drinks and food allowed ?

    Unfortunately we cannot allow any food or drink onboard the gaming van, parents usually organise food for after we leave to maximise game time.

  • How do I pay ?

    After paying your £75 deposit via card, bank transfer or cash, we require the remaining balance on the day via any of the same methods.

  • How long are your gaming parties ?

    Our packages start from 90 minutes minimum, stretching to a full 10 hours maximum.

  • How far in advance do I need to book ?

    We advise at least 6-8 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, but don’t hesitate to check our online calendar or contact us if it is last minute.

  • Is the van heated ?

    Both gaming vans are equipped with heating for the winter and also air conditioning for the summer.

We are based in Sunderland and cover to Saltburn-by-the-Sea to the south, Hexham to the west and Alnwick to the north.


Our standard pricing applies to parties and events located within a 20-minute drive from our offices to the following locations:


South Tyneside, Washington, Sunderland, Seaham, and Peterlee.


For travel times exceeding 20 minutes, additional surcharges will apply.
